We received a post card from Jessica yesterday confirming her move to a more permanent "apt". Permanent in the system means, until they decide to move you again. We knew she had moved as of last Thursday and we were anxiously awaiting word from her to hear what kind of cell mate she ended up with. Well, once again, for now, prayers have been answered.
In her post card dated 9/15/10 she wrote, " I moved this morning!! YIPEE!!! You will never guess who my bunkie is!! It is so crazy! The older woman I met that told me about the tutoring job, Susan, she is my bunkie! She and I are ecstatic! She has been here 22.5 years already! She is super neat, organized and a clean freak! So, happy! I'm on the ground level still on the top bunk. I am so happy to be out of an ugly jumpsuit!! It's weird to be able to go shower and walk around at anytime!! My "friend" Shauna from county is in my same yard to, so now I have someone I know. :) And, I saw my box of books! I get them on Tuesday!!!
Thanks for reading this and thanks for writing to her!
